The project at Flextronics Technologies, Chennai involved the successful installation of 3 x 1010 KVA DG Sets (Diesel Generator Sets) to provide a reliable power backup solution for the facility. These DG sets were carefully selected and installed to ensure the continuous supply of power while optimizing fuel efficiency and reducing emissions. The installation process included setting up the necessary fuel lines and piping, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted fuel supply to the DG sets.

As part of the electrical infrastructure, cable trays were installed for the efficient routing of power and control cables, ensuring organized management and easy accessibility for future maintenance. Additionally, control cables were meticulously laid and terminated to establish smooth communication between the DG sets and control panels. A robust earthing system was also implemented to provide effective grounding, minimizing electrical hazards and ensuring full compliance with industry safety standards.
