The project at Apollo Proton Cancer Hospital, Chennai involved the supply, installation, and commissioning of 2 x 1500 KVA DG Sets and 2 x 1010 KVA DG Sets (Diesel Generator Sets). These high-capacity generators were installed to ensure a reliable and efficient power backup solution, optimized for fuel efficiency and minimal emissions. The DG sets were strategically placed to meet the hospital's critical power requirements while adhering to safety standards. The project scope also included the installation of necessary piping and fuel line connections, ensuring seamless fuel supply to the DG sets. In the electrical scope, cable trays were installed to efficiently route power and control cables, providing future accessibility for maintenance. Control cables The project was successfully completed, with all systems tested and fully operational, ensuring long-term reliability and efficient power supply for the facility.

The project at KMC Speciality Hospitals Ltd, Trichy involved the installation and commissioning of 2 Nos of 600 KVA DG Sets (Diesel Generator Sets) to provide a reliable power backup solution for the hospital facility. These DG sets were carefully installed to ensure consistent power supply, designed for fuel efficiency and minimal emissions, meeting the critical power requirements of the healthcare facility. The scope of the project included the installation of essential fuel lines and piping, ensuring a steady and reliable fuel supply to the DG sets. Additionally, cable trays were installed for the organized routing of both power and control cables, ensuring ease of future maintenance and ensuring the system's efficiency. Control cables were systematically laid and terminated to enable seamless communication between the DG sets and control panels. A comprehensive earthing system was also installed to ensure safety by providing effective grounding, minimizing electrical hazards, and complying with industry standards. The project was successfully completed, with all systems operational and providing KMC Speciality Hospitals Ltd with a dependable power backup system, ensuring uninterrupted healthcare services while meeting all safety, performance, and environmental requirements.
