Elgi Compressors Coimbatore

The project at Elgi Compressors, Coimbatore involved the supply, installation, and commissioning of 3 x 1250 KVA DG Sets and 1 x 750 KVA DG Set (Diesel Generator Sets). These DG sets were strategically installed to provide a reliable and efficient power backup solution for the facility, ensuring consistent performance while optimizing fuel efficiency and minimizing emissions.

The project scope also included the installation of all necessary piping and fuel line connections to guarantee a continuous and reliable fuel supply to the DG sets. Cable trays were installed to efficiently route the power and control cables, ensuring organized management and easy accessibility for future maintenance. Control cables were laid and terminated to ensure seamless communication between the DG sets and control panels.

A robust earthing system was implemented to enhance safety by providing proper grounding, thus minimizing electrical hazards and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The project was completed successfully, with all systems functioning as intended, providing Elgi Compressors with a reliable and efficient power backup solution for their operations.
